The 3 Storey Moth is situated on a ½ acre corner block at the Northern end of Eliza Ave. Unrivalled views of the ocean, from Waddy Point up to Sandy Cape.

Sleeping Arrangements

TOP FLOOR

  • Two Queen Rooms, each with own Ensuite Shower and Toilet. Sleeps 2 in each.
  • Two Bedrooms both with two Single-size bunks in each. Sleeps 4 in each.
  • A separate Shower and Toilet on veranda caters for the bunk rooms.
  • Reading Area – exchange your own book for one on our shelf.

FIRST FLOOR

  • One Bedroom with Single/Double Bed Bunk Combo as well as a Single Bunk Bed. Sleeps 5.
  • Ensuite Bathroom with Shower and Toilet services this Bedroom.
  • Toilet on veranda.

You are required to bring your own linen and towels.
Mattress protectors, pillows and blankets are provided.

Kitchen Arrangements

  • A Large Commercial Kitchen awaits you.
  • Large Single Door Fridge and Large Deep Freeze.
  • Large Gas 5 Burner Stove and Gas Oven with Range Hood.
  • Microwave & Kettle.
  • Ample Pots, Pans, Plates, Cutlery, Glasses etc.

OUTSIDE KITCHEN ON VERANDA

  • Very Large Footy Gas B.B.Q. cook top.
  • Commercial Deep Fryer (Be sure to BYO 20L Cooking Oil).

14 Seater U Lounge.
Vast Satellite Dish with HD free to air TV along with DVD Player.
Foxtel Sport and Entertainment package.
Google Cast to view Netflix, Stan etc from phone to TV (you will need to hotspot from your phone to connect – Telstra only)
At the Mackeral Bar, you can choose to stand or sit. There is an additional Full-size Fridge for your ice and coldies.
6-Hole Golf Putt Putt Starting on Top Floor and Finishing at Bar on First Floor plus the added benefit of toilets at Hole No 6. Putters and balls supplied.

Power & Hot Water

  • A fully automatic 24 hr 240v power supply consisting of Solar, batteries along with generator back up.
  • Most Bedrooms have 240v outlets to charge your phones and tech.
  • Generator only (unpredictable)
  • Gas Hot water is available throughout the house.

Please note that power supply is contingent on the weather. Please accept that occasionally some facilities may not be available due to reduced supply or issues. We ask that you are mindful of consumption during your stay and turn off appliances when not in use.

Fishing

  • Located in the Laundry you have a 400lt Deep Freezer for your Bait and Fish.
  • In the yard is the fish cleaning table with night lights.

Washing Facilities

  • Outdoor cold shower along with foot shower.
  • A 10kg Washing Machine is available exclusively for your use in our Guest Laundry (BYO washing supplies)
  • Large Drying Court with pegs and washing basket.
  • Plenty of hoses and water to wash your cars and boats.

Communications

  • Telstra 4G & 5G at Orchid Beach. No other networks available.

Things to Bring

All consumables including salt, pepper, oil and sauces, bath and beach towels, bed sheets, pillow cases (pillows and doonas provided), insect spray, first aid kit, bin liners, 20lt oil for fryer.
